I cannot recommend the online coaching enough! All exercises are tailored to yourself, Arran goes through how many days you want to train and any areas you want to focus on. This has been perfect for getting back into a routine with regular exercise since lockdown. One thing I was worried about prior to starting the online coaching was if I was doing the exercises correctly but with every exercise there is a video showing and explaining the correct technique which you can refer back to as many times as you like.

I set myself a twelve week goal to be able to complete a pull up but I am amazed that I have actually been able to complete one after only four weeks already. Arran is always on hand to check progress or answer any questions and he encourages us to share personal achievements in the Facebook group. Arran also offers advice on other aspects of healthy, clean living and will help you to consider things like diet, sleep and mental health. I am really enjoying the programme and been able to work out from my own home.

The video links for the exercises were great, even if I knew what the exercise was I could click on it to watch and ensure my technique was correct. It was great to have that accountability & get feedback each week from Arran & I always felt I needed to check in if I had to change my workout days for any reason. My results were great in just 8 weeks, my upper body became stronger & I lost 4.2kg in weight & 8.5 inches during the process too.
