I have worked with a variety of clients, both male and female, aged 18 to 70, helping achieve a variety of goals including weight loss, increased muscle mass, improved strength, overall fitness and creating a sustainable lifestyle. This inevitably leads to increased confidence, a better understanding and knowledge of nutrition, exercise and lifestyle factors that clients will be able to incorporate for the rest of their life.
The aim is to create individuals who wants to better themselves in all aspects of life and become an overall fitter, stronger, healthier person both inside and out. Through social and team building exercise events I aim to bring individuals together to help build confidence, become part of a close community and change your life forever. With me alongside you the whole way to help guide the path for your specific journey, there will be ups and downs but inevitably it will be worth it.
