Online Group training

Join RE4ORM Fitness Online Group Training Community taking part in unto 7 sessions per week offering a variety of different style workouts, ranging from strength, HIIT, tabata, met con and stretch.

Workouts vary from 30-40 minutes and are all delivered via Zoom, the only workout requiring equipment is the Met Con where either dumbbells or kettlebells are most suitable. You will also be added into a private whatsapp group with the rest of the community where useful tools and tips will be posted frequently.

Create yourself accountability and abiding to a continuos schedule of workouts each week creating consistency with your routine and allowing yourself to structure your day alongside the sessions.

The group training is suitable for clients who don’t want to worry about what workout they’ll do or creating it as all this is taken care off, all you have to do it join onto the link at the set day and time and Arran will be overseeing you and explaining the workout and each exercise ensuring you are doing all movements correctly and correcting you when needed.
